We had a great time on the 4th. We shot fireworks on Friday and had a cookout with my family. Saturday morning was the Big Virden Breakfast at 6:00 AM. Then the parade, we took family pictures and then my family had to go. That night we had a Bar-B-Que with Brandon's family and then watched the fireworks at the school. Later we watched Rustin and his friends shoot fireworks...a little scary...and ate homemade ice cream.
McKenzie did really well with the fireworks as long as I was holding her. She loved the watermelon! My parents brought her a pool and she loved that too!
